About Us BRICs Consulting is a consulting firm based in Turin, Italy, specialized in rendering tailored consultancy services in internalisation of SMEs as well as in EU-funding related projects and activities. BRICs was founded in 2007 by Carlo Lingua, who worked with a leading Italian banking group in the overseas acquisition sector, and Xie Ying, a Chinese business lawyer with years of experiences in prestigious international law firms both in China and in Italy. Born with the mission of accompanying small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in exploring their way of internationalization, now BRICs has been developing into a hub of independent expert consultants both home and abroad in the fields of law, accounting, business development, strategy, information and communication. In addition, by closely collaborating with an international network of professionals and institutions, BRICs is able to provide seamless services to the clients all around the world. At our core is a team with truly international orientation and flexible mind.
