With over 25 years of experience in the areas of human resources and graduate recruitment and admissions, Nikki retired from Washington University in St. Louis in 2018. She is a graduate of Washington University's Executive MBA Program and is well positioned to leverage her range of experience to evolve businesses organizationally and financially. Since retiring from Washington University, Nikki has been immersed in the health insurance sector and has enjoyed helping individuals and businesses navigate their way through this complex and ever-changing industry. Cumulatively she worked 14 years globally in Germany, Ukraine and Azerbaijan where she honed her ability to observe and learn about other cultures and the value cultural diversity brings to a business. Nikki's passion is being of service to others to enrich lives and raise the bar to purposefully and intentionally express our gifts in all that we do. As the proud mother of twins, Margo and Jacob, Nikki gets to experience a piece of life through their youthful and curious eyes. She has been married to her husband, Tom, for over 25 years and they have had an incredible journey together, including joining Peace Corps and living internationally. Nikki and her family live in Webster Groves, a close-knit, bedroom community of St. Louis. Nikki is a life-long learner and has been a ski instructor for 20 years. She loves to travel, spend time in nature, read, cook, and experience life with family and friends.
