Bridges Community Services, LLC provides onsite mental health counseling services to nursing home, assisted, and independent living residents. We are currently serving Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Our services provide residents with an outlet and someone that they can talk to confidentially. Our services meet PASRR requirements for counseling as well. All of our counselors are licensed, master's level therapists that are able to visit your residents at the facility. There is no cost to the facilities we partner with, and we accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances.
