Bridgestone Business Services started operations on October 1st, 2012. Currently, our "Order to Cash", "Procure to Pay", and "Record to Report" departments support the manufacturing plants across Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and the United States. In addition, we house the "Hire to Retire" department which is responsible for processing benefits, hiring and retirement for all associates in the US, as well as the payroll processes for Costa Rica, Colombia, and Mexico.We promote a culture of continuous improvement, through which our employees propose efficiencies to the processes they execute. Over the past five years, we have received a number of recognitions from organizations such as The Chamber of Industries Award for Excellence and in 2018 we obtained the Silver Medallion from the Shingo Institute, as a result of a high quality environment and culture.Back in 2012, a team of around 71 associates carried out the first process migrations.Today we have a team of 300 collaborators, of whom we are most proud of, because day by day they are the ones who push us forward on the path towards becoming the # 1.
