Hi, I'm Brie Milam, a watercolor and abstract artist creating expressive and minimalist pieces from my home studio in Dallas, Texas. I began painting in 2016 as a creative outlet. Today, I am a professional artist and teacher, with clients around the country.When painting, I draw inspiration from the natural world with all its colors and textures, as well as my own inner world of thoughts and feelings. My work tends to center on mindfulness, empowerment, and mental health. I also teach creative workshops where students learn new art techniques and discover the power of art-making as a form of self-care.
