Research - Provo, Utah, United States
The Brigham Young University Sensory Laboratory, housed within the Department of Nutrition, Dietetics, and Food Science, is an educational research center located in Provo, Utah. Sensory analysis provides clients with information on observable differences between treatments of a product, and for evaluating consumer acceptability of food, cosmetic, and personal care products. The BYU Sensory Lab is always welcoming new clients to benefit from our facilities and experiences. Here at BYU we are dedicated to providing clients with the flexibility, demographics, and accurate results they desire. Under the direction of the Food Technology Research Center Manager, trained student-employees conduct the sensory tests and compile computerized data into reports for clients. Approximately 100 panels per year are conducted at the Sensory Lab, and we are very experienced at what we do. Your product will be in good hands!
