Real Estate - Bridgton, Maine, United States
Whether you are buying or selling, it is very important to have your new or current home inspected by a Certified Maine Home Inspector like myself. I am a Certified Professional Inspector and proud member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and the Maine Coalition of Home Inspection Professionals. I am an independent Maine home inspector that works for you and will perform an unbiased inspection with the utmost quality and integrity. My home inspections typically average between two or three hours depending on the size of the house. You are invited and encouraged to follow along as I perform the inspection. I provide an objective visual, non-invasive inspection of a house's structure and systems (includes the roof, exterior, basement or crawlspace, foundation, interior, HVAC, plumbing, attic, insulation, ventilation and electrical). If you are Buying a home, having a certified general inspection should not be optional because (simply put) no house is perfect. The scope of the inspection is to report on all of the major deficiencies and safety concerns that may affect the habitability of the home. For all of my inspections, I include a 96 page "Now that you have had an inspection" home maintenance book that will guide you through the typical systems of your home, how they work and how to maintain them properly. I also use a Flir thermal imaging camera as an examination tool to assist me in my assessments (i.e. water intrusion, air leakage, insulation voids etc). www.brightechpropertyinspections.com
