We recognise that in order to achieve this high quality training and ongoing support and skills monitoring is vital, whether that is through awareness training to learn more about a specific area of care or competency sign off in a specific care skill.We assist organisations in developing teams and constructing robust risk management strategies and competency frameworks around the delivery and ongoing management of care provision to people with complex care needs. We assist individual employers in training their employees to deliver safe and effective care that meets their health needs whilst also reflecting their personal preferences. Where required our Nurses train staff and support them until they are competent in specific care skills, monitoring their competence at agreed intervals across the year to retain this safe level of practice. Assisting a variety of organisations and individual employers we promote person centred approaches to care, and model that in our tailored support packages.
