We can also provide a one-stop engine solution together with our ENGINE COMPONENT RECONDITIONING service.Our Services:MAN/WINGD/HPS & FIVA Recondition Services• MC/MC-C/ME-C/ME-B engine dry-docking service package .• ME-C/ME-B FIVA, HPS pump workshop overhauling, testing / calibration on the test bench in our Singapore.• Servicing and troubleshooting of engine pneumatic control system.• Retrofit new Alpha Lubricating System, PMI system and other brands of the performance measuring system.• Provide warranty services on behalf of engine maker such as HHM, DMD, QMD, HHI, HSD, Doosan, etc• Riding crew for voyage repair.• Function test was carried out as follow: -• Checked the status of the proportional valve (FIVA, HPS)• Hydraulic pump's function test (HPS)• Cylinder lubricating system function test• Tacho system checked• Hydraulic control unit function test (HCU)ENGINE COMPONENT RECONDITIONING:• Reconditioning and repairing of cylinder cover, piston crown, piston skirt, exhaust valve seats, spindles, cages and other marine engine components c/w Chroming & Grinding• Reconditioning, repairing and Chrome plating of piston rods• Inconel Cladding of Engine Spares including PTA Welding• Chrome plating / HVOF Spraying of exhaust valve spindle stems• Defric Coating of auxiliary engine piston crowns• Annealing services for all components• Class Survey with approved WPS & PQR
