Brite Trace is a Software as a Service (SaaS) company improving quality of care for individuals with early-stage Alzheimer's and dementia. By capturing personalized memories and developing care touchpoints through actionable insights, our software strengthens and improves communication and coordination between a patient with memory loss, their family members, and at-home healthcare providers and caregivers. Brite Trace hosts a number of features aimed at assisting caregivers care for their loved one's affected by dementia. The first of these features caregivers will interact with is the Personalized Profile. The Personalized Profile is a list of over 90 questions that allow users to provide a detailed depiction of their loved one, covering topics such as personal history and beliefs, hobbies and interests, and regular routines. The input received by users from the Personalized Profile will be used to personalize the Care Touchpoint and Actionable Insights features. Care Touchpoints are where users will document vital caregiving information such as daily mood (via Mood Trackers, Daily Log, and Trend Calendar), and symptom progression. Actionable Insights are suggestions given to caregivers to address a number of prevalent dementia symptoms. Actionable Insights leverage data received from both the Personalized Profile and Care Touchpoints, in order to make suggestions applicable and specified at the individual level. All of these vital inputs will be further leveraged by caregivers throughout their experience. We will be providing a Care Community feature, which lets users share essential information with secondary caregivers, allowing care to be personalized regardless of who is providing said care. All the information collected through the previously mentioned features will eventually culminate in the Digital Footprint feature, which creates a lasting legacy of an individual, encompassing their life before and after beginning their battle with dementia.
