BRIZO Dressing is a salad dressing/dipping sauce/marinade out of Cerritos, CA., that Ms. Vivie has been making for the past 30 years. She started making the dressing in her kitchen in 1995, where initially she started using it in a homemade pasta salad, that soon became her signature dish. Meanwhile, her very picky 10 year old son, whose diet consisted of donuts, pizza, and bread rolls, began dipping his pizza into the dressing. He loved it! Him and her oldest son started expanding their diet using this dressing to flavor a number of different foods including pasta, rice, veggies and salad. Our family, her sisters and brothers, and their children grew to love the dressing. For years, our family always encouraged her to get it on the shelf. What really made her consider venturing down this path was the limited number of fresh dressings that could be found on store shelves that were good tasting, no additives or preservatives, and could be used several different ways - so in 2017 BRIZO Dressing was born. BRIZO Dressing is a lemon juice, olive oil base with a variety of spices. BRIZO Dressing is a great tasting low calorie dressing that is so versatile it can be used on salads, as a dipping sauce, as well as a marinade in a bottle that can "Dress Up" any meal.
