A film festival for comedic films written and directed by women.Broad Humor was created with the intention of discovering the ways in which women conceive and produce humor on screen. To that end, we identified the generative vision to be jointly a product of the writer and director, and so decided that our films would have to be entirely written and directed by women. Since that time, we have discovered that women's humor not only appeals to both men and women, but that it travels well to other countries, having screened three times in Italy in the last four years.
