The initiatives, projects, and events of the Association are carried out by various standing and ad hoc committees, which report their activities to the Board of Directors for information and action. An Executive Director, hired by the Board of Directors of the Broad Ripple Village Association, works as a liaison between the membership, the Board, the committees, the community, other neighborhood organizations, and the City of Indianapolis.
