Winner of the New Exporter of the Year Award at the Insider 2012 North West International Trade Awards and Runner-up of the North West England Greater China Rising Star Award 2012 organised by UK Trade & Investment . We have restored, converted and extended Sir Paul McCartney's Grade II listed old school to form The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, a state-of-the-art performing arts centre, which today is one of the UK's leading higher education institutions. In the Ropewalks area our Campbell Square scheme blends Grade II listed historic warehouse buildings with contemporary design to create a vibrant inner city community and won an Exemplar Award for originality and innovation. At Grosvenor's multi award-winning regeneration project, Liverpool ONE, we were responsible for six projects including, in collaboration with concept architects Pelli Clarke Pelli and contractor Laing O' Rourke, the delivery of One Park West the £60m landmark mixed-use building.
