BIA is a public charter school authorized by the State Charter Schools Commission of Georgia. The school opened in August 2016 (grades K-6) and will reach full-capacity as a K-8 school in Fall 2018. BIA leaders and teachers are committed to creating a safe, caring, mutually respectful environments for all students. The unique curriculum at BIA is designed to prepare students by using a unique blend of stem-focused project-based learning (PBL), K-8 coding, and personalized learning for every grade level.
