Established in 2014, Brooks Food Safety offers professional foodservice training to individuals and establishments throughout Virginia and the DC metro area. The mission of Brooks Food Safety is to give foodservice professionals the quality training needed to become safe food handlers, effective food protection managers, and responsible alcohol servers. We seek to accomplish this by making every training session engaging and exciting so that participants do not learn material simply to pass an exam, but they walk out with a thorough understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service.
