Develops sponsorship programs by:• Working with companies to identify potential sponsorship opportunities• Managing the relationship between the company and the property• Negotiating the assets that come with the sponsorship• Managing the full activation of the assets Provides brand asset management for existing sponsorships by:• Maximizing assets that the company already has through existing sponsorships• Enhancing the relationship with trade partners and customers by including them in events associated with sponsorships• Growing the brand through sponsorship and tracking the ROI• Developing a shopper marketing program and activating sponsorship at the retail level through special displays, contests and in-store activitiesProvides full event management by:• Handling tickets, VIP passes, ground transportation, hotels, meals and all associated activities• Works on-site throughout the event to ensure all assets are fully utilized and troubleshoots any issues that crop up• Providing full-event recap, including ROI analysisProvides trade show management• Managing an entire trade show for a sponsor• Developing and managing trade show participation for an individual company• Developing trade show strategy, display and sampling programs
