Broussard Realty & Appraisal, established in 1982, is a full service real estate, appraisal and development firm that has serves entire Gulf South region including Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida as well as other states upon request. We offer residential, land and commercial brokerage as well as single to multiple appraisal package valuations throughout the gulf south. Lead by Terry Broussard, MAI, CCIM, the firm specializes in restaurant and petroleum appraisals, completing over 3,500 assignments to date as well as being a site selector for several national firms. The development arm of the firm has, and still currently owns, several single tenant net leased properties as well as restaurants, offices space, car washes, mobile home parks, subdivisions and several other property types.
