Brown Eyed Boy was set up by former BBC and Chrysalis Entertainment executive Gary Reich in 2002.Brown Eyed Boy has discovered, nurtured and developed a wide range of cutting edge talent such as Sacha Baron Cohen, Noel Fielding and Julian Barratt from The Mighty Boosh and Dom Joly.Key programming includes Miss Jocelyn, 3 Non Blondes, and BBC Three′s How Not to Live Your Life.Brown Eyed Boy joined Shine Group in July 2010 in a move to expand the group's scripted and non scripted comedy output with Managing Director Reich continuing to spearhead the writer/performer led talent house.Brown Eyed Boy and Kudos, part of Shine Group, launched a new venture in 2011 in Edinburgh to nurture Scottish Talent. Kudos Brown Eyed Boy Scotland is headed up by Jemma Rodgers, who was previously Head of Comedy at BBC Scotland.
