BROWN, LEAL & ASSOCIATES – CONSULTING ENGINEERS has completed diversified civil engineering and surveying projects throughout the Rio Grande Valley such as Urban and Rural roadway and drainage improvement projects, Right-of-Way Strip Map and acquisition projects, route studies, land planning and subdivision development, marine and port facilities improvement projects, park development projects, airport improvements, land surveying and international bridge projects.Brown, Leal & Associates offers up to date computerized surveying, design and drafting capabilities utilizing AUTOCAD, DCA, SDMS and CAICE programs. The firm is locally owned, and all employees are local residents. Brown, Leal & Associates has performed many roadway, utility, surveying and marine related projects for the Port Isabel – San Benito Navigation extensive number of private surveys, subdivisions and land acquisition projects for Cameron County Engineering Department.
