Its mission is to buy distressed assets while providing full service renovations and rehabilitation services to the New York/New Jersey market of commercial, single family & multi-family real estate. The current strategy is to do gut renovations for resale and provide rentals in the NYC, Westchester County (Mt. Vernon), and Long Island marketplace. This represents about $50 million in committed capital to these projects.
