Brubakken is a flexible full service provider which imports, sells and rents material handling machinery and man access equipment to customers within traditional industry as well as harbours, logistic terminals and oil & gas coast bases. The company has an installed base of more than 1500 rental machines consisting of forklifts and other heavy equipment. Brubakken represents Hyster, MAFI, Seacom, Merlinum, Hubtex and Kamag. The rental model is based on long term contracts with large customers with recurring revenues. Brubakken was established more than 65 years ago in Porsgrunn and has an annual turnover of 80 MEUR and 190 employees in Norway and Sweden. The private Ecuity company Reinten& Co is the largest shareholder in Brubakken.
