Bruckshaw Associates is a unique independent consultancy which has been operating successfully in the local financial recruitment market for 15 years.Started by Max and Jenny Bruckshaw in 2001 the company was founded on the principles of honesty and integrity and was designed to offer a different type of service and recruitment ethos than was perceived to be available elsewhere. A need was identified for a consultancy which would treat both candidates and clients with the same high levels of service and for a consistent presence in the recruitment market which could offer consultancy advice on candidate availability, salaries and industry knowledge.After 15 years Bruckshaws have established themselves firmly as the market leader in financial recruitment in Gloucestershire and surrounding areas, and have an unparalleled team of consultants with experience across all sectors and all levels of vacancy. Much of the business is repeat business generated by previous clients and placed candidates who have now become clients, but there are also many new customers trying out the unique Bruckshaw approach and so the business and brand continue to grow.
