Bryland Inc. is a residential and commercial design/build and developing company, in Albany, NY, who for years has built high quality homes personalized to each home buyer's taste and budget. Our focus over the past 13 plus years has been to deliver high quality homes with a specific customer in mind. Our ability to devote a substantial amount of time and effort to detail has allowed us to build a solid reputation throughout the building and development community.Bryland was started in 1996 as a home remodeling company led by its current President Bryan Smith. In 2002, after many successful projects, Bryland entered into the custom home building market and has since experienced consistent year over year growth. Today Bryland consists of a full time staff of five, which includes Bryan Smith, President, David Kafel, Executive Designer, an office manager/estimator, in addition to two on sight project managers who oversee the projects from beginning to end. Bryland's ability to keeps its engineering, drafting and procurement process in house, allows it to pass the savings on to the customer and cuts down the lead-time for typical delays that would normally occur in a typical building process. Bryland's processes have been analyzed and streamlined to the point that its typical project can be completed within 2% of its overall budget.
