BS INNOVATIONS is a Integrated Textile Company and one of the leading Apparel exporter to Reputed Retailers brands, the group total turnover is over US$ 6 Million in the business of manufacturing Garments and we have a proposal to double the capacity this year. We undertake bulk operation and specialize in undertaking corporate offers to cater. Also in lots of cases, we have buyers sending in their designs and specs and also we design as per their specifications and targets provided to us. Equipped with state-of-art design and manufacturing facilities in Tiruppur having total 275 M/C's with the PRODUCTION CAPACITY of 250000 to 300000 pcs a month. We produce approx. 3 to 4 million knits garments per annum,. We have extra ordinary sources / Continuous Supply for Yarn - Knitting - processing – Garmenting and We have our OWN PRINT CAPACITY INHOUSE, Also we are about to install EMBRODIERY setup in couple of months, Our factories are FULLY COMPLIANCED adhering to the core standard of the industry AS PER LOCAL LAWS & INTERNATIONAL STANDRARDS. Apparel production is conducted in lawful human and ethical conditions, We are CERTIFIED WITH SEDEX, BSCI, GOTS, OEKO TEX and we are approved with THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY expecting the certification in another 2 weeks, Also We have Process WRAP CERTIFICATION – its about to finish by this month end and we will have the certification hopefully by JULY 2nd week.As per International requirements, the AQL Standards are set in our factories & we are continuously working towards serve the clients with Best quality & timely delivery, and Our product mix consists of Men's, Boy's – Tees, T Shirt, Night wears, Hoodies etc. and Women's, Girl's – Tees, Blouses, Underwear, Home wear and Legwear etc.
