We work with our clients right from the off – helping to create a Role Profile, advising on best forms of sourcing, writing and submitting advertisements, screening candidates and creating a shortlist for interview.This is, of course, fairly standard with recruitment consultancies. However where most of them finish, our real work commences – for the candidates taken forward to a final process of selection, we create a robust selection process, relevant to the company, the level of appointment and the role. We can generate the material for a full Assessment Centre process or, where there are only one or two final candidates, a searching process for each of them to identify the likelihood of their success in the role.
