The purpose of Buckeyeloop is trifold: bringing into focus the potential benefit of hyperloop technology to the midwest; immersing students into a competitive and innovative atmosphere centered around the mechanical design of the future; researching, developing, and competing with hardware at annual hyperloop competitions. The two criteria for membership via application are drive and demonstrated academic excellence; all majors are welcome. Buckeyeloop will be comprised of both technical and administrative programs.
