April graduated from Southeastern Technical College with Honors in 2016 where she studied Business Management and has 7 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, FMCSA/DOT/HR compliance, agriculture, logging, trucking, and many more areas. She is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Toombs-Montgomery where she discovered profound insights about how running a small business involves taking greater risks than working for a large, established company. She believes that rewards are both quantitative and qualitative, including broad-based prosperity and a web of symbiotic relationships. The success of local small businesses are crucial as they provide opportunities for entrepreneurs, jobs for neighbors, and gathering places for communities. She is dedicated to helping others and aiding in the growth of her community. Marshall is a Flight Paramedic and is an essential asset to BCC. He is certified through the Georgia Firefighters Standards & Council, Georgia Department of Public Health, and the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians.
