Managed by The British University in Egypt, BUE-Tus Science and Innovation Park (SIP) is the first university-linked science park in Egypt to offer world-class environment for academics, businesses and entrepreneurs through its outstanding office spaces.With choices that suit everybody; from start-ups to large enterprises, we offer both private and shared office spaces available in areas of: 10 meters, 20 meters, 32 meters and 65 meters.The science park also includes BUE's Business Incubator which offers a dynamic program to today's entrepreneurs and provides them with strong functional business knowledge and understanding through equipping them with the needed skills to accelerate their business.
