Founded by Greg and Michaela Wood, Buffalo Bayou Rowing Center (BBRC) aims to bring Olympic-style rowing to the youth of downtown Houston, on the east end of Buffalo Bayou. Our mission is to provide a community center, focused on rowing and the life-lessons learned in one of the oldest competitive sports. Our plans include a building to house our equipment to train our high-school and middle-school aged rowers where we can provide a safe learning environment and also bring awareness to our coastal community.Buffalo Bayou Rowing Center is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
