The idea is to design and market a holistic package, for a physically adventurous and an outdoorsy trip for women, often guided and hosted by women.The program along with a detailed itinerary and difficulty level of the trip, includes an optional but recommended preparatory physical improvement program and a knowledge improvement program.The physical plan, includes a self-guided or a professionally guided 1. daily fitness sessions 2. weekly diet sessions 3. weekly meditation and breathwork sessions.The knowledge plan will include information about the cultural significance, the flora and the fauna and food habits of the destination.We encourage a community or a buddy-based approach to these pre trip preparations.We believe that these preparations add to the transformational value of the trip. Details of the preparation stagePhysically we will train you for a period of 3-6 months before the adventure with either a buddy or the community that has agreed to work on the fitness levels.We will also provide you with expert nutritionists who will monitor and provide you with weekly customized dietary sessions.We will monitor on a daily/weekly basis and also maintain logs to monitor the progress.We will pair you up with a buddy who is going on the trip or the folks from the community who have agreed to work on the fitness and dietary aspects, who will also be joining the trek. We will meet online on a call once a week to monitor the group's progress.We will also conduct weekly meditation and breathwork sessions.We will transform as community through this preparation stage.At the end of the training, we will take this new found energy into the trek where we will undergo various experiences and challenges as a team. Whatever you have learned will come to fruition.
