We at BuildUp Services have created a Remote Customer Support application that uses Augmented Reality and Live stream to provide real-time support to remote users. Our Application enables the expert to guide the technician by drawing on the live feed and placing Augmented Reality markers directly on the technician's screen. This application eliminates the requirement of the physical presence of the expert at the scene for every troubleshooting and reduces the downtime of the equipment with improved communication supported by Augmented Reality technology.
