PIE involves development support concepts which emphasize programmed planning and implementation with action oriented strategies for small business and not-for-profit development. The PIE concept involves the knowledge and practise of planning, decision-making, organizational change initiatives, action oriented research, resources optimization with dynamic review and analysis techniques.Support for Individuals and GroupsReturning Education to Adults and Youths (READY), along with Plan and Act to Secure Success (PASS) are initiatives developed to facilitate education and skills training opportunities for all.
