Mr. Bartlett has been involved with the Fannie Mae DUS Program since its inception in 1988, when he performed the first approved Fannie Mae inspection for Reilly Mortgage in 1988.Since that time, BEST has completed over 10,000 Physical Needs/Phase I Environmental reports in all 50 states, as well as in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
