Building Zero Consultancy is a sustainability and green building consultancy firm. It is developed with a vision to facilitate all the stakeholders from the design professionals like architects, interior designers, product designers, builders, and private users to create spaces and products that exemplify the best green and sustainable practices. Building Zero has already created an ecological footprint of over 29,55,300 sq. ft. and 15,10,500 sq. ft. is underway to make a sustainable impact in all the building types ranging from a private house to affordable housing, a residential society to a commercial business centre, a green school to a green religious centre, a green factory to an existing building and there forth. A few of our achievements include working on the highest rated IGBC Green Interiors project (Transit Electronics Limited - 92/100 credits), highest rated IGBC Green Individual Home (Nirant Residence, Surat - 75/75 credits), 1st Carbon Neutral Diamond Company in India (Shairu Gems Diamonds Pvt Ltd), 1st IGBC Net Zero Energy Project in Gujarat and 2nd in India (Diamond Factory & Office of Shairu Gems Diamonds Pvt Ltd) and 1st Green SEZ of India, i.e. Kandla Special Economic Zone.
