BUILDING 21 GROUP - trading as B21GROUP(PTY)LTD is a 100 Black owned architecture, civil engineering & construction turn-key practice founded in 2014 by the directors; EM Pedi, T Moagi, T Tabane and TF Molemela in Tshwane, South Africa. The firm draws its inspiration from African and South African vernacular architectural and product design innovations and aims to operate throughout South African and grow steadily beyond the borders. By being an all-in-one company, we are able to closely manage quality and significantly reduce the costs of a construction project. Having gained experience from working at various architecture, civil engineering and construction management firms, Building 21 Group relies heavily on this wealth of experience to compete across the market sectors by strategically partnering with other firms with a view to maintain high quality and standards.
