We are an award-winning artisan bakery in Moscow founded in 2010. We have two bakeries in Moscow where we bake French and Russian breads, create delicious pastry, serve healthy meals and make the best coffee in town. We use modern French equipment and traditional Russian wood-fired ovens. We cater to Moscow's best hotels, including Four Seasons, Hyatt, Marriott and Swissotel, as well as a number of multinational corporates. We are an official caterer to the Germany national football team at 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™. We partner with Azbuka Vkusa, a leading premium supermarket chain; we also run an online store www.bulkabakery.ru. We produce 20+ kinds of natural ice-cream; our ice-cream kiosks are located in Moscow parks and recreation areas. Our bakers, pastry chefs and baristas are renowned professionals who won awards at major international competitions. We are also building our own farm in Southern Russia, where we will grow organic grain, vegetables, fruits and berries.
