Bulleyment Fortune Architects Ltd is a full service architectural practice based in Wellington, New ZealandSince the establishment of the consultancy in 1892, 13 partners have carried on a tradition of designing practical, durable and characterful public and private buildings.We provide architectural and project management services for a wide range of works including seismic strengthening, modern hospital and healthcare facilities, boutique cinemas, university residences, multi-storey buildings, special needs schools, specialist public buidings and unique individual private residences.Our approach is to listen to our clients, and work with them to create something that meets user needs well, endures, and of which all involved can be proud thirty or fifty years hence. We take our client's budget and time programmes seriously, and work closely with clients to develop projects that are affordable and viable. We co-ordinate a proven team of independent local specialist consultants, such as civil engineers, building services engineers, quantity surveyors, and landscape designers to develop complete and accurate documentation of projects. We work closely with building contractors, taking a hands-on approach to ensure successful construction of our client's chosen designs.We believe that good architecture is based on close attention to the client's needs and the managed team delivery of a robust, practical and durable solution.
