Bullhouse was set up in 2015 by William Mayne on the family farm in Newtownards, Northern Ireland. The brewery was run as a part time hobby business for 18 months, with all work being carried out in evenings and weekends. After gradually building capacity and growing the business, in September 2017 William quit his job to work full time on the brewery.Our mission is simple - to change the way Northern Ireland drinks.We produce beers full of flavour and character to encourage growth in our local market, which is dominated by large multinational corporations using producing bland, faceless beer using anti-competitive tactics to eliminate local producers.Our unique artwork showcases the fun we have producing the beers, and the fun that occurs when our beer brings people together.We produce a core range where we are committed to consistency producing our beer to the highest standards. We also produce a range of seasonal and limited edition beers, where we express ourselves creatively and bring new styles to the market in Northern Ireland and further afield.Learn more about us on our website and become part of our community.
