In today's economy, people of all ages and backgrounds often seek opportunities to be rewarded by the businesses they frequent. A very common and popular way of being rewarded and recognized is by participating in many of the loyalty programs offered, such as ExtraCare® by CVS® and Work Life Reward® by Office Depot®. As a result, the necessity to carry large quantity of loyalty cards can become a burden; statistics show that on average a single customer carries 6 different loyalty cards in their wallet at all times. Even though loyalty cards are lightweight and easy to carry on a key chain or wallet, the more programs a customers a member of, the more space it will take in their wallet. There is also the problem of loyalty cards being often forgotten at home or in the car. Marco Telles, a former banker and Fortune 500 executive, is the inventor and founder of BundlePass. With US and international patents pending, this simple, but innovative, concept came to his mind when he was shopping in 2007. Marco saw that the vast majority of stores that he visited were offering loyalty/reward programs. After amassing 7 loyalty cards, Marco began to see that he was passing up new loyalty/reward programs simply because he did not want to have to carry yet another card! And with that, BundlePass was born!
