ProblemAccording to the World Bank report, 41% of Sub-Saharan Africans living in extreme poverty. Of the 420 million youth aged 15 to 35 in Africa today, the majority are unemployed, discouraged, or only vulnerably employed. While the Africa is endowed with tremendous natural resources yet its entrepreneurs have not been able to significantly enter new large markets and to create jobs and income generating opportunities for its citizens. A weak social entrepreneur support ecosystem has also been identified as one of the constraints to entrepreneurs' growth. SolutionUnlocking Africa potential by enabling grassroots sustainable solutions to problems like poverty, lack of education, hunger, and access to clean water, affordable health services, poor and governance. We do this by identifying talented people, provide them with appropriate training, support, and connections to unlock their potential and create sustainable community change. Implementation Training: Hands-on and re-imagine 21st-century skills training in leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, emerging technology, workforce readiness, plus coaching, mentorship, and English language training.Support: Necessary resources like volunteers, interns, easy access to affordable capital.Connections: Useful connections of partners, investors, collaborators, suppliers .
