How was the Buns project born? By way of a combination of passion andtradition, along with research and experimenting international recipesusing the typical products of our native land.Three basic rules allow us to create and propose the perfect menu for truegourmets:• The simplicity of our bread: our ‘buns' are totally handmade, producedwith types 0 and 1 flour from wheat 100% grown in Italy and extra virginolive oil from Alghero, and undergo a slow, double leavening. The resultis a perfect bread, light, fragrant and soft - just right.• The choice of our products: we basically use zero kilometre productsfrom local livestock, farms and cheese factors.• The choice of drinks: we offer a selection of craft beers made in Italy andbeers produced by zero kilometre regional and national micro-breweries.Enjoy your Buns!
