Bureau Boom is a young design studio focused on the future. Climate change forces us to reconsider the built environment. By 2021 all new buildings need to be energy neutral. Bureau Boom believes that this is not just about 'pasting' installations on a building, but that becoming energy neutral requires a more integral approach. Designing is therefore based on the building's situation, program of requirements and energy design constraints. This approach is valid for new buildings as well as for renovation.
