Burke Mercantile, founded by Maggie Stoll in 2017, is a modern lifestyle shop that brings together conscious fashion and contemporary design. With a focus on independent brands, our space aims to build community by supporting progressive change-makers and emerging designers in the industry. We envision Burke to be a resource that facilitates the discovery of these creators and the beautiful, intentional goods they make. Each of our unique products are carefully curated with humans, the environment, and thoughtful design in mind.Here at Burke we believe we are only as good as the community that serves us, and any level of consumerism should be met with philanthropy. We are committed to donating a portion of proceeds to rotating local and national charities or organizations doing positive work for civil rights, the environment, local communities and more. Some of these organizations include the ACLU, Southern Poverty Law Center, Human Rights Campaign, Earth Justice, Sierra Club, NRDC, Planned Parenthood, NOW, NAACP, NAMI, ASPCA, Color of Change, Fair Fight Action, and more.
