Burn Boot Camp focuses on 5 pillars: mindset, whole food nutrition, burst training, strength training, and community. It's a women-focused facility that offers 45-minute group athletic training camps.The camps themselves are always new, always challenging, always working different muscle groups, and accessible to ALL fitness levels. Your trainer will keep an eye on you and modify your exercises up or down according to where you need to be to really push yourself.
