The Burns White Medicare Compliance Group is a defense-based, full service Medicare Compliance provider currently operating the largest legal-based Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) practice in the country. Founded in 2000, the firm offers Medicare Set-Asides, Medicare Conditional Payment Resolution and Mandatory Medicare Reporting services performed by Burns White staff at our corporate headquarters. Our firm prepares workers' compensation MSA services in every state in the United States that settles medical benefits, as well as MSAs for liability claims in all states requested. We also serve as a national, and often times exclusive, MSA provider of services to multiple insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured entities throughout the country. In addition, Burns White professionals advise claims staff and their attorneys nationwide on MSA and Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) Compliance issues.
