Burntown is a high-intensity, high-energy group fitness studio that focuses on cross training your entire body through our Burn Method class. Each class is 45-minutes and we always focus on your Core, Cardio, Strength, Power and Balance. Our vision and purpose is to Make Every Move Count and for each client and participant to move with purpose. We are a new start-up who is creating a workout that is teaching people that if you want results, its okay to work outside of your comfort zone.
