The service available to the cremation industry, prior to the formation of BWI in February 2015, was severely lacking in both technical expertise and quality customer service offerings. While everyone purports to have "the best technicians or the best customer service", few deliver both and no one delivered consistently. So, with over 52 years of collective experience, Larry Hill and Kevin Willett set out with a shared vision to change that perception by creating a company that sets the bar that others can only hope to achieve. With that vision, BURNZ-WELL was born and is raising the bar in the cremation industry.
