Burren Capital Advisors Limited is a specialist equity event-driven manager. The investment team is led by Andrew McGrath, who has been pursuing this investment strategy both at Burren and in previous roles since 2001. The investment manager was founded in late 2009. The Burren Global Arbitrage Feeder Fund, a sub-fund of the Burren Global Feeder ICAV, was launched on 1st December 2016 when the assets of the Burren Global Arbitrage Fund SICAV plc were transferred to it. The Burren Global Arbitrage UCITS Fund was launched in early 2015.The company has two offices, Gibraltar and London, and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in Gibraltar, and subject to regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK.
