The company Business Alliance s.r.o. was formed after the holding Czech Connect Airlines A.S. has split up. The company inherited the core business - technical and material support services and logistic and forwarding services. Business Alliance A.S. mainly specialises on the problem solving A.O.G. for the airline companies located in the East Europe and Russia. For this purpose the company uses two warehouses near the Prague Airport (one of them is certified in accordance with the Part 145, the other one is used for General Cargo). WE HAVE STOCK IN INVENTORY PARTSBASE.COM AND ILSMART.COM. Our main strength is the speed of delivery of the spare parts to the point of replacement; for the Russian destination we provide our clients with the customs clearance at the airport of destination (we mostly use the airports in Saint-Petersburg - LED and Yekaterinburg - SVX). For Start Up projects, we carry out - consulting services in respect of the purchase contracts of large civil aircraft - consulting services relating to aircraft operating and financial lease agreements, aircraft wet lease agreements and solve complex questions already signed contracts in order to airline had optimal costs
